Wear like regular underwear. Change every 8–12 hours or as needed based on flow.

Care Instructions
Rinse in cold water after use, then wash and air dry. No pads, tampons, or liners needed—just wear, rinse, and repeat!

Machine washable. Wash on cold with like colors. Hang to dry.
