  1. Wash your hands and apply 2-3 pumps onto a clean, dry finger.
  2. Apply gently to the vulvovaginal area 
  3. Use at least twice daily for optimal relief - an AM/PM routine is recommended
  4. Wash hands after each use 5. For intimacy, apply externally 30 minutes prior, to moisturize & hydrate intimate skin
