How to Use & Care Instructions

How to Use

  1. Fold lengthwise with the tab last to enter.
  2. Insert fully, then push the rim up behind the pubic bone. Once you feel you can insert the disc no further, use your finger to push the rim up to tuck the disc behind the pubic bone. Don’t be afraid to push up higher, this is what positions the disc correctly and holds it in place.
  3. Keep the double-loop tab centered.
  4. Wear for up to 12 hours.

Care Instructions

  • During cycle: Wash with gentle soap and rinse.
  • Start/end of cycle: Boil for 3 minutes to sterilize.
